dné is Ondrej Holy from Prague, the Czech Republic. 


Throughout the years 2009 – 2013 dné made a couple of EPs which were released via various labels (Heat Death, AMDISCS, Bad Panda). He was touring with the band DVA and shared a stage with artists such as Bibio, Tune-Yards, Sun Glitters. He was remixed by Dntel, Lee, I Do Not Love. He also composed music for silent movies by J. C. Mol and performed it at the festival of documentary films AFO in Olomouc.


For the majority of that time he was also working on his debut album. The debut album called “These Semi Feelings, They Are Everywhere” was released in November 2016 via Majestic Casual Records. It has gathered press from Noisey, C-heads, NOWNESS, Wonderland. He won two national awards for Album of the Year (Vinyla, Apollo) and one for Best Electronic Album (AndÄ›l).
