Sarah Warne has leapt to prominence as one of the UK’s most exciting young composers for film and television. She is best known for her edgy and experimental electronic score for Channel 4’s critically acclaimed drama, Humans; the soundtrack for which was released on Silva Screen Records this summer. Sarah is also known for her work on the BAFTA nominated true crime series Catching A Killer, Red Productions’ ITV thriller Prey, and cutting edge documentaries Girls On The Edge for the BBC, A Killing In My Family for Channel 4, and feature fashion documentary She’s French.
Sarah is currently scoring BBC One primetime drama Dark Money, for The Forge, from BAFTA nominated writer Levi David Addai. The series tells the story of a British actor who returns home from Hollywood having suffered abuse from a renowned filmmaker. In a busy 2018, Sarah has also scored BAFTA winning director Anna Hall’s new documentary Kids Behind Closed Doors, Frieda TV’s epilepsy documentary Can Cannabis Save Our Son? and is working on Channel 4’s upcoming School Exchange series.
