Music for Licensing: Faber Music controls the rights in a broad range of high quality repertoire, from classical to some of the best contemporary rock and pop. We are best known for our prestigious classical catalogue, which includes works by the twentieth century giants Malcolm Arnold, Benjamin Britten and Ralph Vaughan Williams. We exclusively publish an outstanding group of living classical composers, including Thomas Adès, George Benjamin and Oliver Knussen, and the Australians Peter Sculthorpe, Carl Vine and Matthew Hindson. One of our specialisms is choral music, including the hugely popular works of the American Morten Lauridsen. Our popular repertoire includes Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Cats (which we co-publish with The Really Useful Group) and recent signings from the pop/rock world include Amy May and the Trashcan Sinatras.

Music Copyright Administration for composers and production companies: Through our specialist company Rights Worldwide Ltd and its international agencies we are able to supply a highly efficient and dedicated service of music right administration. We work to maximise our clients’ income from the music copyrights they own, not just through efficient tracking and collection of royalties, but by looking for all possible avenues of secondary exploitation.

Music Supervision/Copyright Research: We are able to offer a one-stop service to the film industry. As well as managing music budgets and supervising the recording and delivery of commissioned scores, we can research the ownership of copyrights and recordings and negotiate their use on our clients’ behalf.
